Convenient access - uses your Google account for quick login

  • One-click account creation
  • Automatic profile information sync
  • Works with existing Google security settings
  • Familiar authentication process

Developer-friendly - perfect for technical users

  • Use your GitHub credentials
  • Ideal for developers and technical teams

Traditional method - create account with email and purchase code

  • Standard email registration process
  • Manual purchase code verification
  • Full control over account details
  • Works with any email address

Method 1: Single Sign-On Options

Step 1: Access Client Portal

Visit our client portal at https://app.taskew.com/external_tickets

Step 2: Choose Your Preferred SSO Method

Select from the available Single Sign-On options:

  • Sign in with Envato - Recommended for CodeCanyon customers
  • Sign in with Apple - Privacy-focused option
  • Sign in with Google - Quick and convenient
  • Sign in with GitHub - Perfect for developers
Step 3: Authorize Connection

You'll be redirected to your chosen provider to authorize the connection. Click Allow or Authorize to grant access

Step 4: Account Creation

Your account will be automatically created with your profile information. For Envato SSO, purchases are automatically verified.

✨ SSO Benefits: Single Sign-On methods provide instant account creation with enhanced security. Envato SSO users get automatic purchase verification, while other SSO methods may require manual purchase code entry for full access.

Method 2: Direct Signup Form

Step 1: Visit Registration Page

Go to https://app.taskew.com/external_tickets and click Create Account

Step 2: Fill Registration Form

Complete the registration form with:

  • Your full name
  • Valid email address
  • Secure password
  • Your Turnstile plugin purchase code
Step 3: Verify Email

Check your email for a verification link and click it to activate your account

Step 4: Purchase Verification

We'll verify your purchase code and activate full access to support services

???? Note: The direct signup form requires manual entry of your purchase code. SSO methods (especially Envato) provide faster verification and account setup.

After Account Setup

Once your account is created, you'll have access to:
